Privacy Policy
Effective August 9, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Digital ("NexPro", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NexPro app or the NexPro Admin console (together, the "Service"). NexPro is a warranty distribution and management platform used by dealer organizations, their staff, field technicians, salespeople, and customers to sell, register, and manage extended warranty coverage.
Effective date: August 9, 2026.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to every account type on NexPro: Super Admin and Finance Admin (Nexus staff), Organization Admin, Branch User, and Technician (dealer-side accounts), Salesperson (Nexus field staff who onboard dealers), and Customer (people who purchase or are issued a warranty).
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service:
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, and role/title.
- Business information (dealer organizations): shop name, owner name, GST and PAN numbers, business address, and bank account details you provide for commission payouts.
- Warranty and customer information: device/product details, purchase details, service address, and the warranty certificates generated for a purchase.
- Payment-proof documents: if you pay NexPro directly (bank transfer), we store the screenshot or receipt you upload as proof. We do not process card payments and do not collect card numbers or bank login credentials anywhere in the Service.
- Login codes: a one-time passcode ("OTP") is emailed to you to sign in. We store only a cryptographic hash of the code, never the plain code, and it expires within minutes.
- Device and notification data: if you allow notifications, we collect a push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging, provided by Google) so we can deliver in-app alerts to your device.
- Usage and diagnostic data: basic app-usage events (e.g. "warranty sold", "login succeeded") and error logs, used only to operate and debug the Service — never sold or shared with advertisers.
- Account activity logs: sign-ins, approvals, and similar account actions are logged with a timestamp and IP address, for security and audit purposes.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Create and secure your account, and authenticate you at sign-in.
- Generate, deliver, and let you look up warranty certificates.
- Process commission payouts and settle dealer wallets.
- Route field-service/repair jobs to the right technician.
- Send you account-related emails (OTP codes, certificate delivery, payout status) and, if enabled, in-app notifications.
- Investigate suspicious activity and keep the Service secure.
- Comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the service providers that help us run NexPro, each acting on our instructions:
- Resend — delivers transactional emails (OTP codes, warranty certificates, payout notices).
- Cloudflare R2 — stores uploaded files (certificate PDFs, payment-proof documents).
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications to your device, if enabled.
- Within NexPro itself: your organization's admin/branch staff can see warranty sales and customer records tied to their own organization; Nexus staff (Super Admin/Finance Admin) can see platform-wide records needed to approve organizations, resolve claims, and process payouts.
Data retention
We retain account and warranty records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to honor warranty coverage periods, satisfy audit/tax requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@nexusdig.in — we will act on that request except where we are legally required to keep certain records (e.g. financial/tax records, or an active warranty's claim history).
Data security
Passwords and login codes are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to customer and business data is restricted by role — each account only sees what its role is permitted to see, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
Your rights and choices
You can review and correct your account details from the app's Profile tab, or by contacting support@nexusdig.in. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask questions about how it is used, at any time using the same contact address. You can also disable push notifications at any time from your device's system settings.
Children's privacy
NexPro is a business and consumer-warranty platform not directed at children, and is not knowingly used by anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where required, ask you to re-confirm your acceptance the next time you sign in.
